Reasonable Adjustments

Hi.

Does anyone have any experience of an employer not taking reasonable adjustments seriously? I only received a response when I said that I was going to resign, 5 months after I submitted my requests. I am considering ACAS and potentially an employment tribunal.

Thank you

  • Yes.
A " Reasonable " adjustment with an Employer means a " Mutual " agreement that can still meet Your contract.
They must support You with Your issues whilst at the same time You can still do the Job.
    This is Law.
You must still be able to do the Job They Employed you to do, but They are Duty bound to Help You do that.
    They must not discriminate.
    Hope that makes sense.
