I'm a NT female dating a man with Aspergers. Anyone know of any support groups or online communities for sharing frustrations and exchanging tips on how to cope? Thx

Just because someone is autistic doesn’t mean you need to care for them. I don’t need taken care of I need to be understood.
I think Maj Mal was saying that some autists need more support than others, but if the support they need is becoming too much for your mental health then it might be that the relationship wont work (or will need readjustment)
If one person is doing all the work or comforting for example then that is a recipe for unhappy long term relationship. But thats true for anyone not just ND with NT relationships
