Television seems to be full of Christmas adverts now that Halloween’s out of the way. For some reason they’re making me feel really anxious.

Christmas is probably the most stressful time of year for me. If I could I'd spend it in a hut at the top of a mountain.
There's a lot of pressure to interact and to see different groups of people and it's noisy.
