I used to get that regularly but since I got diagnosed with CFS I just sleep and sleep
Insomnia hasn't been a problem since. Sometimes though I preferred having the insomnia.

P.s I have Insomnia every Night.Am starting to think i am an un-diagnosed Vampire.
