The back is printed with your two chosen Contact numbers.The back also explains you may need space or support for the Emergency services.I mentioned this before in a previous post.It costs £5 and is a proper plastic card,wallet size.If you are interested, check your area to see if the scheme is supported.Proof of Diagnosis is required.

That's great if it is Sparko.I think Pegg said earlier that She is still awaiting a Diagnosis.At least it will be there when She needs it.
I am still waiting. I have a lot going on at the moment, but I might look into other routes for diagnosis once things calm down.
I start a new job in September, after 6 years not working, apart from occasional.
My attention is on that and the scary changes to my routines it will mean...
