There is no substitute for experience.
How do you judge ?
To be fair that's irrelevant they just need to understand and support which they do - I've had them step in and help me emotionally and mentally.
If you have cancer your Dr doesn't need to have had it as well they just need to understand it which they do.
The mods understand and considering they're volunteers I think they do a pretty good job.
You need Empathy to understand.
