Do you use any of these?
The only one I consciously use is 'so' at the beginning of sentences.
1. Going forward
2. No disrespect, but…
3. 'like' as a filler
4. I wanted to reach out
5. I'm not gonna lie
6. Basically
7. Let's go offline
8. 'So' at the start of a sentence
9. The 'optics' of something
10. My bad
I say basically and honestly a lot.
"Ergo" and "therefore" whenever I have to write a professional email are probably my top "sins" of these lol.
Therefore is one of my favourites in written text too
Yeah she's all heart :D
Debbie is nice like that. :)
Nice that you let them go and choose again XD
No disrespect, butβ¦
If I do have to choose from the list though it's this one that needs to go.For this reason https://getyarn.io/yarn-clip/4879c16b-be04-45ef-8d2f-aca8f0fcbbdf LOL
"However/despite/inspite of" doesn't quite have the same meaning or ring to it even if it does often get used as a synonym for "but".
You are forgiven.
I can't imagine not being 'literal'
I hope you noticed that I included your 2 sinful words in my sentences.
Oh gosh that looks very literal I'm sorry I meant to say "of these sorts of things", not "of these" the actual list. Sorry!

These aren't on the list above therefore you aren't allowed to include them!
Ergo, you will have to go back and choose again.
