Could anyone please recommend a counsellor for a 37 yr old recently assessed as Autistic? Ideally south Norfolk, north Suffolk based.

    Hi Andrew. You could take a look at 'The Association of Neurodivergent Therapists', you might find someone on there. You can also use 'Counselling Directory' and filter for different specialisms. Best of luck with it!
