I’ve recently been prescribed medicinal cannabis from the sapphire clinic. Starting with adven 4% thc cbd oil and will then go onto the the 20% thc oil for my social anxiety. Has anyone tried these cbmp? And have they helped you at all?

I found the taste of CBD oil a bit strong at first and wasn’t ready for how earthy it is. If you're struggling with that too, I came across this helpful page: releaf.co.uk/.../the-taste-of-cbd-oil-what-to-expect-and-how-to-mask — it gives simple ideas for how to deal with the flavour. Mixing it with food or brushing my teeth right after has made a big difference.
I see it's been a while since this was posted, but I wanted to ask if anyone has had any recent experiences with private cannabis prescriptions and how easy or tricky it was to get one? I'm curious about the actual process and whether any specific clinics were more autism-aware or supportive than others.
I’ve found that using bulk full spectrum cbd distillate helps me manage my sensory overload and get better sleep without feeling zonked out the next day. It took some trial and error with different ratios before I found what worked best for me.
I'm autistic and had similar questions, so I looked into the cbd prescription uk route myself. I found that you need to go through private clinics because it's not usually offered on the NHS. It took a few days to get an appointment, and the doctor actually listened, which was a nice change. They helped find something that matched what I needed without going overboard.
I'm using medicinal marijuanas uk through Sapphire Clinic and it's been a game changer for my anxiety and sleep. It took a bit of time to get the prescription sorted, but the doctors actually listened for once. It’s not cheap, but for me it works better than anything else I’ve tried, and it’s easier to manage daily life without feeling zonked out or numb like I did on other meds.
I find lower thc and higher cbd help me personally. Currently on class pharms blackberry 7% thc and 10% cbd. Vaped at 185 - 190 is the sweet sppt for me
Im exactly the same as J.T really. Just use for sleep. Im also with same clinic.
I take a balanced strain, so 7% thc and 10% cbd
Hemphash is worth a try to just try cbd flower, its perfectly legal and I've used them before but I cant say the cbd helped me but worth a try.
D.m if you want any help with anything
I've tried both. I took CBD only oil for a couple of years before deciding to look for further help. I approached a dispensary called Curaleaf which is who I use today. You are referred to a medical Dr. who are really very professional. After an assessment they decide if you are a good candidate.
All I will say is, I only take it to go to sleep at night so never feel any affects that people think of to do with cannabis, I just sleep well. Also, THC has very strong anti-inflammatory properties which is why it's a 50/50 split CBD/THC. It's an important part of the compound in cannabis, but not appropriate for those with any history of psychosis.
I'll also say; the stigma around cannabis is decades long, but it's just the bud of a plant. So proceed with caution of course, but also, it's really no more problematic an experience than coffee is. Drinking a glass of wine has a much greater impact on me.
Feel free to DM if you want any more info from my experience
I grow my own because it's cheaper long-term and I can control exactly what goes in. For anyone starting out with autos, figuring out the right container size matters more than I thought at first. This page helped me a lot with that: https://fastbuds.com/news/best-pot-size-for-autoflowering-seeds. I had way better results once I stopped using pots that were too small.
For anyone who might be interesting in the "bot hunting" escapades in this place.......we have a very interesting "Commercial Pharma" bot in our midst with this entity - "Metalltant."
It has been around in this place since 2022, but generally sits dormant amongst our ranks, until such time that it finds an opportunity to promote a "slimming" drug or "cannabis-derived" product or "sun-lotion" type opportunity.......and then "spawns" a covert advertisement, that generally contain a covert link.
How / why are all of my kin not FASCINATED by how this all works?!
Anyone who reads this, please flag the Metalltant post below as "Flag as spam/abuse" = I'm interested to see if the quantity of such "flags" results in a quicker deletion of the "bot post" ..... and if you don't mind awfully, please post a note here to that effect.
"It takes a village".......and all that stuff!
I've dabbled in similar ones. Let me tell you, finding the right balance can be a game-changer.Speaking of experiences, I recently ventured into the world of [link removed by moderator] Now, I've been sticking to my CBD oil routine for ages, but these edibles? They opened up a whole new realm of relaxation for me. It was like discovering a hidden gem in the world of cannabis. So, as you embark on this journey, just remember, it's all about finding what works best for you.
Not a cure all by any means. Im not going to lie, i probably have swapped one addiction for another but........at least Im no longer killing myself slowly by medicating with alcohol.
Oh defo - yes - a bot......the thing with these type of bots is.....who the hell pays for / releases them into the wild? That aspect of these "benign" bots, I still haven't got to the bottom of.
What was in the pipe!!
I think you'll find that's "nose bag"
We were having a horse around on this one, a couple of months ago. What was in the pipe!!
