Yes, well.....it turns out that I'm now officially gone in the head today. I'll be tapping out for a MUCH needed rest in a moment. But (if you are interested)....I will wind down (yes- down) with my tried and tested "exhaustion" tune. Not for the faint-hearted this one....but excellent for knocking the remnants of madness from my normally more serene being. It's a good way to burn-off....if you have space.

Oh don't make my life even more confused. Someone told me that E was actually a girls name ....Molly, I think. Who knew ! I always thought that E was the same as MC2....but I'm probably just old fashioned like that.
