Burning Out

My brain feels like it's smoking and on fire Fire 

I've been doing a lot of charity work across the country, trying to raise money and support, including for Autism Spectrum and now I'm exhausted but I'm not finished yet and now my anxiety is on the rise and I'm worried I'm going to burn out! I'm due in London area Friday and I'm terrified it's not going to be possible and I'll let people down and fail myself. I've slept most of today and I'm still tired with little energy. I wish things didn't cause me to go like this, I've done hardly any talking, but it still knocks me for ten!                        If you've got any advice on how to avoid burning out and getting through tomorrow and Friday then please feel free to advise. I'm desperately needing help now for this.
