Funny! Why ask a question if you donβt want a genuine answer? (rhetorical question!)
That particular question does have a sensible answer. It's a basic human "transaction" as described in the book I recommend in my bio. It will be part of a sequence referred to in the book as a "game"...
Knowing why we do the silly stuff some of us do, is half of the battle, I believe. That little book has some of the answers, of that I can assure you.
You are very welcome, I hope you enjoy the book.
I was led to believe that my age was the age I was supposed to be preparing to take life easy before leaving it, whereas, it actually seems to be the most frenetic period of learning and making decisions I've ever been exposed to!
I assume one of the reasons for this is because you are a late identified autistic? The autistic discovery journey as you probably are fully aware of is life changing! I read from your profile that you were identified as autistic at 59.
Thank you very much. I will acquire it ASAP. I was led to believe that my age was the age I was supposed to be preparing to take life easy before leaving it, whereas, it actually seems to be the most frenetic period of learning and making decisions I've ever been exposed to!
I can clearly see and understand the "Generation Gap" which was a concept pushed at young people in the fifties across the media back then.
