I assume one of the reasons for this is because you are a late identified autistic? The autistic discovery journey as you probably are fully aware of is life changing! I read from your profile that you were identified as autistic at 59.

I'd consider the possibility that they had another reason for wanting me to hurry up rather than just assume that they were a self entitled womblenob. 

If I was in a bad mood, (and honking a car horn close to me can trigger one of those in a few milliseconds) I might well actually do what you said, rather than making my usual effort to get out of the way ASAP. 

But then I'd be choosing to be a jerk, rather than acting like one by assuming I know what the other guys motivation is... It's important know both what you are doing and WHY you are doing it. 

All that "mindfulness" and yet I still managed a "rear to rear" collision last week getting out of a parking space. It came from nowhere and I really didn't expect it.

I realise it's a PDA joke but seriously I would reverse back in and just sit there on my phone until the self entitled womblenob left. XD

I can clearly see and understand the "Generation Gap" which was a concept pushed at young people in the fifties across the media back then.
