Wish I died as a child

Nobody cares what happens to me

Parents
  • I often go into these spirals of thought and it's true, nobody seems to care but that's probably because they are sitting feeling sorry for themselves too. It's a catch 22. We need to start caring aBlushut our selves, looking for other people to look after us is a victims way. I am personally fed up with feeling the victim...I'm me and I will look after me. Be you and be proud! Wallow as much as you need, cry as much as you need but then realise you are in control of yourself ....make yourself happy. Seek the things you like in life. ....don't worry I am trying to take my own advice too.

  • Understandable, but what you fear may not happen if you reach for help and support, and even if it did that is something to face and get support with.

Right now, the best thing is talk to your GP and try NAS or mental health charities.  Your GP should be able to sort out a social worker or support worker to help with your situation.

Dig deep, have courage, and fears fade.

  • Of course you are, fear disables us, makes us child like, believe me I understand however we can't look for a super hero to save us.

    • When we lose the crutches in our lives we break down but we need to grow and start being the crutches now. Big pants on...small goals, taking each day as it comes, crying and being an emotional mess too ...its all allowed and it doesn't make you or I a lesser person. Growing pains.
