Hi!
I've tried going vegetarian before but I can't seem to stick to it.
Could anyone link or list benefits? Physical, environmental, etc.
I can't go vegan due to my eating disorder, so vegetarianism is my only option.
Can you recommend good veggie foods too please?
apples ---- they release an enzyme which makes u feel full so if u want to eat less then eat as many apples as possible
Unfortunately I am very allergic to apples! Haha thank you though!
Pear is another fruit widely recommended by experts.
