Is anyone else's sleep really horrible right now?
Still awake at 03:38am....
Some people believe in 'Bramamahutah' which is kind of interesting. That's the reason my friend who purposefully wakes up around 3:30am says is the reason. I think it's kind of interesting, although--I thought circadian rhythms, you stopped making melatonin at 6am. I don't see why sleep needs to be so complicated!

I've started taking melatonin tablets, and even after four days, I'm falling asleep faster and for longer. It may take a few weeks to synchronise my internal clock with the natural day/night cycle, but already I am seeing some positive changes.
