I have a short attention span sometimes. I'm wondering if it's the natural sugars in fruit doing it. I read 25 pages of an F. Scott Fitzgerald novel last night but for me that's a really long haul. On average I only manage a short chapter or two a day at the most.
Not enough
Currently I'm eating alot of fruit. I get a bit weight obsessed so I'm just eating fruit and vegetables at the moment. No carbs at all. (Not recommended and I'm working on it) for example yesterday I ate 1 pomegranate, handful of grapes, 2 plums, 2 pears, 1 banana, salad (olives, lettuce, carrots, radish etc) my energy levels are normal but then I've cut caffeine to 2 cups of coffee a day as it does affect me
I didn’t eat any fruit, never liked the texture, could this be a symptom
I will look into this!
If you soak rice in water in a sealed container, on the worktop (in a warm environment), overnight, the rice ferments and the amount of iron in it increases.

In a test after 12 hours of fermentation of 100 grams of rice, the availability of iron changed from 3.4 mg to 73.91mg.
My blood tests came back ok, they get done fairly regularly. my iron is always low, even on iron pills it doesn't raise. i'm going to ask for another b12 check next month. I eat 2 or 3 eggs a day.
If you don't eat fish (as well as meat) you may not be getting enough Vitamin B12. Though that depends on how many eggs you're eating as they contain a reasonable amount of it. Seaweed is a good vegan source of B12. You can buy a salt mixed with seaweed to use as a seasoning.
I don't eat meat or dairy, and pretty much just eat cereal, potatoes, toast, pasta, and eggs.
What's the rest of your diet like?
I've no idea about whether its the sugars or not. I usually manage a banana each day, but other than that I don't eat any fruit or vegetables. I have a terrible attention span a lot of the time. I would love to read books but I just can't. If I'm relaxed I can read in the bath where there's no distractions, but I have to read the first few pages quite a few times. It's really frustrating.
The great british strawberry, when it's in season, is a wonderful thing. I've been hearing good things about kiwi fruits as well. Eat two kiwis an hour before bedtime and you will have restfull flightless sleep.
Haha, it wouldn't be the first time I'd fallen asleep on the job!
Annoying Orange!

Very similar to me with apples. The worst I did was buy a pack of 6 apples and eat them all within an hour.
I'm an orange person with no self control.
I buy a pack of 5 oranges from a supermarket. Stick them in a fridge. Then when they are nice and cold. Cut them with a sharp knife and eat all five, one after another.
I've recently been diagnosed with gestational diabetes (pregnancy diabetes) and the latest advice is no more than the palm of your hand for a portion - this includes grapes.
Google for sugars in fruit, some are better than others, I am not qualified to advise but diabetics are told no more than 5 grapes as a fruit portion and berries have better sugars, also some oranges are better than others for sugar, some are quite bad, but I don't recall which from the citrus orange types.
A significant number of autistic individuals have ADHD too. This might be why you can't concentrate for as long as you'd like - https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/attention-deficit-hyperactivity-disorder-adhd/symptoms/
Some people have said here they find it helpful to relax when there's a fan on, especially if they need help getting to sleep. (Though you wouldn't want to fall asleep on the job! ;-))
That surprises me grapes have that much sugar! What was I doing to myself?
I'm going to cut out all fruit for a week or two. Today I haven't had any yet and feel better than I have in weeks (I had been eating fruit every day).
