How much fruit do you eat?

I have a short attention span sometimes. I'm wondering if it's the natural sugars in fruit doing it. I read 25 pages of an F. Scott Fitzgerald novel last night but for me that's a really long haul. On average I only manage a short chapter or two a day at the most.

  • I don't eat enough fruit, but I struggle with concentration sometimes. I think it's down to being hypersensitive for me (e.g. I'll get distracted by background noise, lighting etc.).

  • I've had that too. Like trying to read on a bus and not being able to when people are talking too loud or making lots of arm gesticulations while they're communicating with one another.

Hopefully you'll find (or have already) clever ways of managing your hypersensitivity. Well, it's better to be sensitive than a brute.

  • Yes! I find it tricky at work too - if everyone's talking at once, the air con's on, and the windows are open (meaning I can hear the noise from the street outside), I find it so hard to concentrate.

Thanks - noise cancelling headphones seem to work nicely most of the time, but I'm open to other ideas if you have any Slight smile
