I think I upset the apple cart here, I like people here but I can tell I get on people's nerves. So best wishes to you all - and before I disappear and leave you all in peace! - I would like to ask if anyone wants a friend who's into tarot.
I've used tarot cards and runes for a few years and especially with the tarot cards am quite experienced. This interest is niche and it offends some people, some people think it's stupid, well I have no problem revealing it now as this will be the last thread I post in.
I know a lot of Autistic people/Aspies will see tarot as nonsense as we tend to have scientific minds but perhaps there may be one or two people here who are on my wavelength, and if you are and want to keep in touch, send a reply or a personal message, and I will send a personal message with my email address.
Peace >
Recently I was asked to add my cards adnd oracle to an app called Deckible
The tarot cards are closely related to astrology. Some astrologers reject this connection. Everyone works the way they want. I can tell you that it is most often astrologers who use astrological moments in their practice. Sometimes I watch tarot cards. Most of the time, I do not take the information I hear seriously. Horoscopes often give the most reliable and detailed information. I adore my zodiac sign and believe that I fully correspond to its characteristics. I was born at the end of July, so Leo is my sign. At https://www.trulydivine.com/midheaven/leo-midheaven, I found a very interesting article about the Midheaven.

I like the sound of that. I'm into both psychdelia and art deco architecture and art.
I didn't stray far from Rider-Waite. I was impressed at the time by the artwork of the Aquarian and the Thoth deck. My style is intensely colourful, patternistic, some call the style art deco-ish or psychedelic. It's called the Chalice Tarot Deck and you can find it on Gamecrafter.
I could recommend you some books on tarot if you want :)
That's impressive you designed your own deck. What's the theme/art style of it like?
I was really glad last year to have the opportunity to Photoshop my tarot deck into something that looks so much more professional. I made an application to a mass publisher last march, but either the pandemia c got in the way or they just ghosted me. Gimmicky slick new computer generated packs are being published all the time , but I never got anywhere in that department with mine. ItI is is hopeless trying market it, though my deck will be featured in a new magazine, the esotoricle. Actually it is not clear right now to me of they want to include my introduction to the new oracle I compiled last year, orcthevdeck.
I have heard of Benebel Wen. It's quite s small world, the tarot world
I'm intrigued. Look forward to it.
When I've finished work and get time to go on my laptop to type it out I will explain.
I believe in the collective subconscious as well. I am not deeply knowledgeable on the subject of tarot cards or runes. I've a short attention span and only scratched the surface really.
Yeah, I'm still interested in them. I received a rune reading from a famous psychic at a book festival around 2012 and learned how to read them myself. So why do you feel strongly about that chance meeting? Did something happen in relation to it?
I am into tarot - I started learning last year, I am by no means an expert yet, but it helps me clear my head and know what's going on in my subconscious. I also believe in the collective subconscious.
I don't know much about them but, especially after my counselling training and experience, I'm interested in all sorts of symbolic ways into the psyche. I have had a few paranormal experiences (which I think might be linked to my sensitivity) but have used cards, stones, Russian dolls, and runes more as a way of catching projections and insights which might otherwise remain hard to reach. It's a case of allowing someone to tell a story through these (what item do you choose, why, what draws you to it, what do you see in it etc) then homing in on the ways in which these emerging narratives reveal more about the person and how this all relate to issues in their lives.
Are you still interested in runes? I became interested in runes after a stranger gave me a rune stone at a key moment in my life. He knew nothing about me but even 8 years on I feel very strongly about that chance meeting and exchange.
I bought myself a set and every now and again I read three stones for past, present and future to myself. I don't really know anything about them but I'd love to know more.
Hi - this is an old thread - tell me more about the link you've posted.
I've never tried Tarot before. I'm more into astrology though I'm not the most spiritual person. It's kinda fun to read about my personality and find that my personality somehow correlates with the sign. things. I'm currently more into planetary influence https://clearastrology.com/planetary-influence/
There are good points and bad points. You do a fully get a Summer here!
There are beautiful old buildings, at night, the famous ruin pubs. Taxes are high though and many jobs are low paid.
