Oh, and silence!

Definitely silence, especially away from all electricity etc and human voices, cars etc! :) 

So ,so agree, Welsh mountains,north,wind,rain,sun,nature,wilderness,laying face up with the earth,leaves,moss on my skin,watching the clouds or sun,or stars at night, having a like minded soul to hold and feel the above.

outside feeling nature, dare I say bare.. no man made anything,

Dartmoor for me.  I once hiked up to the Higher White Tor, above Wistman's Wood, and just sat there with a 360 degree view of wilderness.  Hardly a sign of human interference, apart from the occasional wisp of chimney smoke...
