Hi all.
We are trying to establish what is involved in the deputyship process for our son.
We are aware of 2 forms, but unaware what else forms part of the process.
We have been advised to speak to a solicitor, who has initially said that it will cost between £6.8-8.5K.
It is very difficult to obtain this information, which does look quite complex.
All we need is for someone to point us in the right direction.
Any advice very greatly received.
