Support for Working towards GCSEs

Hi All,

My 11 year old is starting in Year 7 at a special school. His current achievement levels are around Year 2/ working towards Year 3. Until 6 months ago he was on Year 1 levels but then we got him one to one tutor support at home. This has massively improved his performance only within 6 months of intervention. He is a very bright and sharp child who makes rapid progress with the right support in place. With the support he needs, i want him to appear for GSCEs in maths ( his area of strength) and english. I know and i understand that it will be a stretch but i dont want to give up without trying. Given this scenario, please advise me what support can i put in place for him to be able to catch up and then work towards GCSE levels. Looking forward to some useful advise please. Thanking you all in advance.
