Books are a great place to start but they cannot cover every issue in enough depth for what you may need, so that is where a forum like this one is great to get input from others who have been down those same dark paths and can help illuminate the way.

Therapists with experience are another great resource, but they are not cheap and I think are best used for very targetted approaches to issues.

That’s helpful thank you.,I have come across therapists with an interest in Autism who can give tips but not an Autism therapist but then I’ve never looked
