Community paediatrician referral

Hello!

I have posted on her before. 
I have an 22 month old daughter who has problems with her communication, language and other skills.

She has now been referred to the Community Paediatrician and I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what I should expect to happen next? 
I have also been told we will have to do ‘parenting’ classes which has concerned me. 
Any tips and advise on what is to come In the next phases of the journey would be so helpful

  • My daughter is 21 months old and has also recently been referred to the Community Paediatric Team due to early signs of autism. I would also be really interested to know what the next steps are. All I know, so far, is that there is a 6-9month wait for an initial consultation....not sure what happens after that?
