Today I had the potato and leek soup I made last night, with fresh bread and butter, sublime it was.

I will be making my carrot lentil and tomato soup this week, I ripped off the recipe from the ingredients list on the back of one of those expensive pots of fresh soups in the supermarkets.

That sounds really nice. Might try that next time. Do you use a tin of lentils or the dried ones? I’d like this with a bit of smoked paprika
