So I’m extremely lonely due to having selective mutism and being agrophobic. I have no friends or family. I don’t see a single soul. But I do have two dogs. I’m struggling to care for myself and I feel bad for my dogs. I’m spiralling but there is no help whatsoever. I’ve even gone to my MP as it’s a issue that needs addressing for others but they don’t have any answers.
I could do with human contact but I’m terrified of people.
