I like them all
If I were to do Dog Walks in Nature, would it count as Meditating as well?
I can't decide if it would or not

I don't think so.
Here is an explanation of meditation:

I use headspace but thought I might be able to combine all three!
I've had a quick glance at the link and it looks like an interesting read - going to save it so I can read it properly later, as having tea soon!
I use headspace but thought I might be able to combine all three!
I looked up Headspace and I see it's an app so maybe you can.
My idea of meditation might be out of date as I would expect it to be fairly sedentary and focused.

You can have walking meditation, but if you're doing via an app, then I question if it is really meditation? Meditation means different things to different people, I'm a bit of a purist in that to me meditation is silent, sedentry and focussed, but there are plenty of chanters out there too.
I think you can enjoy being out in nature and be mindful with your dog walk, but I think there are to many distractions for it to be meditation.
