Hi I signed in for the first time and wrote on education but came up as The Dragon, assumed it was an alias given to me as I am in Wales but since surfing the site have found it is allocated to another lady. How do I change this?

Hi,
Looks like we've found the problem and thankfully it wasn't a technical issue.
The username and password - community / seeding - were being used last week to password protect the whole Community.
This was removed when people found it confusing and unhelpful.
We hadn't intended for these details to be used to actually create an NAS account. What's happened is that 'the dragon' set up an account using these details and you've then signed in with the same username and password.
That's why you've been posting as someone else. What you'll need to do is register a new account and set this up - as detailed in the help section:
http://community.autism.org.uk/help
We've changed the password so this can't occur again. If the original person who set the account up would like to get in touch we'll activate the account again.
So, very sorry for the confusion and please bear with us during this testing phase.
Hi,
Just to say I've removed the other posts made right now, just as we'd like to make sure it isn't distressing for the original poster with 'the dragon' alias
Would you also be okay to send me an email to
communitymanager@nas.org.uk so that we're able to figure out what to remove
Hi - obviously this is a serious problem and is exactly why we need to be checking things during testing. I've no idea how this could have happened, it hasn't happened before, but we'll need to sort it out quickly.
The first thing you should do is sign out and sign in again and see whether you are still signed in with the same account
