Welcome to the help pages of the Community. Here you'll find information on using our services and how you can get involved.

Before you can use the Community you'll need to register with The National Autistic Society's website. Here we explain how to do this.

Community profiles
Your NAS account has a special section for Community information. You'll need to set this up before you can start or reply to discussions and we explain this in detail here.

Starting a discussion
Here we explain how to start a discussion in the forum which will allow other people to respond to your message.

Replying to a discussion
As well as starting your own discussion it's important you can reply to other people's conversations. We explain how to do this here.

Email subscriptions
You can be sent emails to tell you when someone replies to your messages. Here we take you through the different email settings.
