Hi I signed in for the first time and wrote on education but came up as The Dragon, assumed it was an alias given to me as I am in Wales but since surfing the site have found it is allocated to another lady.  How do I change this?

  • Hi - obviously this is a serious problem and is exactly why we need to be checking things during testing. I've no idea how this could have happened, it hasn't happened before, but we'll need to sort it out quickly.

    The first thing you should do is sign out and sign in again and see whether you are still signed in with the same account
