No idea why I'm posting this - (just for fun)

I am currently sitting in front of my computer, which is in my kitchen, waiting for something to finish cooking in my microwave.

As I will be eating shortly, one might well wonder why I chose to sign in, or why I feel compelled to share this uninteresting news with you. Thinking

Well, I did not know that within 5 minutes of me signing in, my son was going to ask if I fancied something to eat, which I do... because I'm hungry. So, now I'm sitting here thinking, "Don't get too involved with the forum discussions, or at least not until after I've eaten."

"That's all well and good", you might think, "but why are you telling us all this?" Rolling eyes

Um, I have no idea. None whatsoever. Stuck out tongue winking eye

  • Brilliant. Clap That is the best thing I've read in a long time. Question of the hour: what time will your food be ready and will you be sharing with us? I have not eaten either. Stew

  • You might regret asking the 'Question of the hour'. I commenced eating at 20:42 (according to the clock on my PC). I had pie and mash (Smash), with gravy (Bisto).

Additional info (aren't you lucky?) - The microwave (combination microwave) had been pre-heated to 200°C as per the cooking instructions for the pie.

  • Thank you, Your Majesty. I appreciate you explaining this. I would not have got a wink of sleep tonight had you not as I would have been awake tossing and turning all night wondering. I trust you enjoyed your feast and that it was glorious. Any leftovers please leave out back and I will collect in due course.

    Laughing

  • Gosh! I would not have wanted you to have lost sleep worrying, especially because if you were to return tomorrow and announce it, it would 100% cause a ripple effect, cause me and others to worry about you, and then I'd have it on my conscience that it was ALL MY FAULT.

I will attempt to make a note of alerting you when the chef is next cooking so that you can put your order in for leftovers. Wink
