I'm 6'0" and 77kg and aiming for 74kg by early march. Then I'll assess and decide if I want to go a bit lower.
I'm running. 2 training sessions a week, 1 social jog, and 1 long run which is the main weight losing one.
I wanted to do weights but couldn't find sensibly priced ones on line given current demand! I mean to do something though, just gotta get around to it.
people dont mention it but eczema is common in autistics. So i recognised the hydrocortisone cream immediately I order it on line and have used the bee sting version as well which is just as good. mine is 1%.
i also have cheap antifungal creams ( any ) and use them every so often on areas of eczema.
Tomorrow, or I should say today, since it's after midnight, I will have to go out into the harsh outside world.
I am almost out of fresh milk. Spring water for taking with my medication. I also need hydrocortisone cream for my eczema and I'm short of writing paper. So lots of shopping. I just hope there's no black ice on the pavement. I slipped and fell a few days ago, luckily I didn't break anything.
Mission complete as well. Rapid delivery of moral support (spiced rum+shopping) to my friend who contracted coronavirus, he is outdoorsy, and normally spends a lot of time outside with his dog Princess, and now he is stuck for 10 days and going nuts already
Induction done.
The work looks simple enough; thank God for the demonstrations, and practice runs, as I found it impossible to pay attention during the class. However, life is my issue.
1. I arrived three hours early, due to my anxiety.
2. I wear a Visor at home, instead of a mask, and it was a duplicate of the types they use. Mine was confiscated, as they thought it was abandoned. However, I brought home the one I wore and will wear the other visor types; instead. (the one my friend who's a Teaching Assistant at Queen's ordered for me on Amazon)
3. I bought washing-up liquid, this morning, at Lidl in Magherafelt. It broke, and spilled, inside the shopping bag. I had a multipack of water, and Vitamin C tablets inside the bag. The price of the liquid was looking a gift horse in the mouth.
4. I was lost, in the car park, trying to find my car. Had it not been for my walking-stick, I would have fallen and broke my spine. (insurance mightn't have covered me as well) I just don't do BIG. It fries my brain.
However, in spite of that, a week or so will settle me in, and I'll be fine. Orson Welles said, "For a Play to become successful, there has to be bad luck beforehand!"
