I've just looked at your autobiography, you're from Gorlice, my father was born about 100 miles away, near Tomaszow Lubelski, so we are almost related.
I was using hydrocortisone cream too, except I had an unpleasant side effect, my immune system was compromised while on it, and I was catching cold every week.
people dont mention it but eczema is common in autistics. So i recognised the hydrocortisone cream immediately I order it on line and have used the bee sting version as well which is just as good. mine is 1%.
i also have cheap antifungal creams ( any ) and use them every so often on areas of eczema.
