  • I'm 6'0" and 77kg and aiming for 74kg by early march. Then I'll assess and decide if I want to go a bit lower.

    I'm running. 2 training sessions a week, 1 social jog, and 1 long run which is the main weight losing one.

    I wanted to do weights but couldn't find sensibly priced ones on line given current demand! I mean to do something though, just gotta get around to it.
