    I'm sorry to hear you are struggling with your feelings. Are you able to give some examples of things you are feeling guilty about and why you believe it is unproductive to experience the guilt-response to those situations?

    Sorry, I realise that might be quite a hard thing to do but it might help you work through it. Feel free to ignore this if you'd rather not (I won't be offended).
