Are flapjacks biscuits? Maybe so, that is a matter of opinion. I'd say not, but I'm intrigued about cornflake and rice crispie flapjacks! Chocolate cornflakes are great, so tell me more!
Here is a pretty awesome recipe I use for these spiced flapjack biscuits. So you can flapjack, while you biscuit. Quick, and not messy at all either.

I replace the fruit with crystallised ginger, and sometimes throw a bit of dark chocolate in too. You can use rice flour instead of wheat too. They come out a bit more fluffy/gooey.
