Sorry to hear about the panic attacks during war horse and that they put you off going easy of Bangor

Yes, whilst watching the film Warhorse, I will never watch it again, although the last scene where horse and man are stood looking out over the countryside they fought so hard for is good, I have to mentally hang onto that scene whenever the film is mentioned. 

I had them whilst a passenger, driving around and round Manchester trying to get to my sons house and constantly being lost, a journey that should of taken a couple of hours took five, ever since then I've become increasingly nervous and stressed about going places and now I don't go east of Bangor.

Hey so it sounds to me that one thing that could help is to adopt the mantra “This is not forever.” When you suffer a panic attack - especially multiple - it is a good idea to remind yourself that panic attacks never last indefinitely. It might not pass immediately, but it will eventually pass.
