panic attacks

Has anyone else ever had panic attacks one after each other?

This morning for about two hours I was having panic attack after panic attack (even though I had taken my beta blocker)

How do people deal with this? (I rarely have panic attacks one after each other now, and it scared me that I might just be in a state of panic regularly)

  • Hey so it sounds to me that one thing that could help is to adopt the mantra “This is not forever.” When you suffer a panic attack - especially multiple - it is a good idea to remind yourself that panic attacks never last indefinitely. It might not pass immediately, but it will eventually pass.
