I don't see anything rude there - I pointed out that others report the NHS are under resourced to cope and few have had any success in finding it without going private.

I then asked if you could be more specific in how we can help.

Are you looking for support for your autism or something else?

From what I have seen on here, there is both a lack of resources and knowledge (about autism) in the mental health support teams to be able to provide this, so I doubt if you will find anything useful.

It varies from area to area however, but I've seen very few success stories.

If it is for something else then there may be other support options - let us know some details around what you are looking for and we may be able to point you in the right direction.

I can relate. The NHS never do anything to help me either. And I've been asked not to make appointments with my doctor by e-mail; I've got to phone instead!
