Ear defenders

Hi my 13 year old son already wears in ear defenders but he has become even more worried about the bells at school. He has been diagnosed with Misophonia and Hyperacusis. Can anyone recommend and good ear defenders that block out all noise. I really don't know why schools still need to have the old bell system. 

I think he would be able to attend school if they didn't have it.

    Ear defenders go on a db rating system csnt member what it's called but basically they lower the db of a sound so let's say a sound is 80db which is sooo loud a set of 32db defenders should bring this down to levels of 48db that 80 minus 32

    Go for a high rating and a good tigh sealed fit
