 Too frightened to sleep

I was there, after my Mum died. That was the worst I ever felt.

We know the pain; we have our own War Stories.

I've been left in my own and I can't cope anymore I wish I would die it's horrendous

Luftmentsch is right. Nothing lasts forever. This too will pass. But you are NOT alone. Keep moving. Just keep moving.

I'm so sorry to hear this.  I agree with the other comments here.  You will get through this.  I know it seems unbearable now, but it can get better -- I've been somewhere close to where you are now, but things have changed.  I agree that you need to find something to distract yourself for now.  We won't give up on you.
