What can you do right now to calm the anxiety and bring on sleep?
Sometimes I pace the length of my house: front door to back door, turn and pace again.
Sometimes I pray, short mantras over and over
Sometimes I play bubble pop games on my phone, over and over
All this stuff is stimming. It's our own anti-anxiety device. Find one go with it as long as it takes.
Then in the morning call your GP
Just some thoughts.
I was there, after my Mum died. That was the worst I ever felt.
