Autism and anxiety

Does anyone have any advice for coping with anxiety please, like any tips, also does anyone else have a struggle relationship with their parents I feel like mine don’t really understand and I always feel like I’m doing something wrong.

Hi CaseyC, nice to meet you.  I only joined myself a few days ago and people have been so lovely and welcoming. 

I also totaly understand the anxiety!
