Hi, could be better as a few friends have given me a kick up the backside re my other post.. even know I agree with them and I think I might have some internal damage im too scared to visit the hospital.
If you’re concerned but too scared to attend in person you could contact GP Out of Hours or call 111 and they could settle any worries you have, or advise you on what’s best to do.
NOT medical advice, just what I would do in your situation
I crushed my finger last year (Long story...!) and called 111 for advice as I was too scared to attend A&E/MIU. The lady I spoke to was so supportive and comforting. I did eventually end up in A&E but I was able to have a support worker who attended it with me, as suggested and arranged by the lady from 111.
They are really best to call and offer great advice.

Hmm a support worker that would be a good idea,, I had [content removed by Moderator due to breaches of rule 4 of the online community rules and guidelines].. pain is getting worse.
