Hi I've just joined this forum. I was diagnosed with ASC at the very late age of 50. It all made sense! I'm not weird, I'm autistic! Although I like secretly like weird!

    Why have you had 2 down votes this evening = one here, and one elsewhere?!  I have reinstated you to a solid zero, by giving you my vote o&u, in both places.  I expect it is people TRYING to vote on a phone screen, and missing their mark.  You are a pleasant and helpful presence around here.

    I used to look at those votes but I've given up trying to interpret them.  it could drive you paranoid  but thanks for your observation & comment

    I click up if I really want to agree/support but have no more to say - and I will click down if someone is really saying things that I believe shouldn't be said 

    true, much easier to vote on a PC screen
