Hi!

I just received my autism diagnosis this week and I have been feeling really lost since getting it.

I feel like I don't know who I am and I wondered if anyone has any advice on next steps?

    Welcome to the community forum....unfortunately my diagnosis has been ignored Slight frown 

    I go to a group about twice a month. Do different tasks and sometimes have guess speakers. 

    Interested in art and crafts, reading and puzzle/colouring books.

    Please say hi if we have the same interests.
