Hi!
I just received my autism diagnosis this week and I have been feeling really lost since getting it.
I feel like I don't know who I am and I wondered if anyone has any advice on next steps?
Hello!
I too have not long received my diagnosis and for sure have been feeling a bit confused on what comes next. I hope despite feeling a little lost you also feel some validation or relief now knowing you are Autistic. Honestly, my next step has been joining this website and connecting with other likeminded individuals.
hi and I'm new here Lola and maybe we can get to know each other better well and share some of your interests and I like to know too
About two months. I've got a lot from this board. I don't mean advice as such, but there are a lot of nice people who understand specific aspects of what it's like. And we are all very different.
I like documentaries and old comedy sitcoms
I mostly like watching documentaries and comedy.
Really sad what hobbies or interests do you have?
I am sorry your diagnosis has been ignored.
Thanks for the link. May I ask how long you have had your diagnosis?
There is some advice here.

It is normal to feel a bit lost. I still do to, some extent, but am getting more used to it.
Hello
