Hi all, 

I just wanted to introduce myself; I'm new to these forums but looking forward to connecting with others. A few months ago I was diagnosed with ASD (female in my thirties). I have struggled with social anxiety, work related stress (and generally feeling like a round peg in a square hole!) for years, so having my diagnosis confirmed was a huge relief. 

I'd be interested to hear others' post-diagnosis experiences, or if anyone is in a similar situation :-)

    Welcome. I hope you find the forum helpful. I know I have. I joined whilst going through the diagnostic process and have been recently diagnosed. I'm still processing a lot, but this place is a great way to make sence of things.
