i used to keep lizards i think u may have at least one.

His name is Mushu and is a bearded dragon. He's such a sweetie. And about myself. Ummmmmm. Well I love animals, gaming and gardening. 

As for Christmas it's been okay. Been a really hard year. 

I have but it has been put on hold due to covid. 

ok u need another dog it clearly helps u  ---- and some people have them around all the time as support dogs. They generally do work. drop hints to your mum and dad .

yes  its possible --- the "secret/hidden"  one is walking mindfulness mediation.  walking the dog is like a version of it.  did u walk your dog on a regular basis ?

I've tried loads of different types. (Perhaps I just haven't found the right one. 

i am just wondering if u got mindfulness correct I am still working on my mindfulness ( daily living and formal meditation ) 

what do u call mindfulness ?

Social situations and being stressed at everything :/ I've tried mindfulness techniques which doesn't help. I think it's because they focus on what you're feeling but half the time I don't know. I've also done plenty of CBT which doesn't work. 

yea sure what do u need to cope with most ?  and in what situation ?   and what did u try to fix it  so i dont repeat recommends  we have all the time in the world there is no rush here -

Thanks for the info. I will definitely look into that. Also is there any info your recommend for coping mechanisms. I tried a lot but they never help. 

one place i would recommend is public sector jobs eg civil service ,,, social security jobs they are just more flexible and have better neurodiversity policies

I am currently living with my parents in a village. I have considered dog grooming but I don't like the thought of styling a dog. I'm more of a get scissors and cut hair off rather than styling it. And yeah I haven't got diagnosed yet (in the process) but I would be surprised if they said I didn't have it.

me losing jobs was my reason to seek help and then i got a shock ..... autism !

Yeah circumstances don't help at the moment. And I'm not sure. At the moment, something to bring some money but something I can cope with as I have had to quit previous jobs as it was severely affecting my health.

And oops. Yeah they are very sensitive. And no I tried to visit them and I kept having panic attacks just walking in the door.  At the moment I'm studying dog behaviour online.

i am looking for a new dog from the rescue dogs organisations but i might wait a while to get over  "Bacon" my Shitz tsu  he genuinely  would pull me out of a  low mood days because he could was so silly and demanding. I think I will always miss him.

its a terrible time to be looking for work ie Xmas + brexit + covid  but the new year will be good i reckon 

my common lizards lost their tails and grew back dull replacements.   One incident was my fault when i lifted my lizard by the tail, then boom my mind froze and i was focusing on a "wriggling worm" ,,,,,,,,,,,, then i realised it was my lizards tail ! He had gone while I froze.

SO the tail mechanism for escape works really well :)

have u thought of going to study zoology( animals )  at uni ?

put your lizard on your hand and bring his eye in line with yours and bring his eye as close as u can to your eye keep in eye contact all the time. stare into his eye for as long as you can.  Are lizards truly amazing  they are so different from mammals !

U are looking into the eye of a close relative of a dinosaur,  can u feel his heart beat ? what is he thinking about ? 

call it lizard therapy :) the ore u interact with nature and animals the better u will feel
