Hi I’m Deb (45) my dd diagnosed about 9 months ago, she is 14. Looking back through her life, things make more sense now but we are still learning. Everyday is different some good some stressful Cry

One major thing that’s bothering me is how do you buy certain  things if you can’t try them on. She doesn’t like the feel of certain fabrics. I bought some socks and because I had to break the plastic to try them on her, when she hated the feel of them I couldn’t get a refund. They weren’t in the original packaging. I felt so frustrated, I know it’s only a couple of quid but these are multi million pound companies  Angry Ive given up and sent them to charity. Thankfully I’ve now found a pair she likes so bought several pairs.
